Jacob Arasim – Oct. 2017 (c. Noel Nelson)

I’m Jacob Arasim, I live in Seattle, WA, and when I want to gather excellent examples of riveting storytelling, I look in the direction of such classics as Mary Shelley, Herman Melville, William Shakespeare, H.P. Lovecraft, and John Milton. As for modern writers, some of my go-to’s involve J.K. Rowling, Adam Johnson, Bryan Lee O’Malley, MarkFrost, and Rosalie Knecht.  I wish I could list them all. I enjoy one-dollar sushi nights, karaoke, drawing, playing records, and going on long hikes in the comfort of the Pacific Northwest, and I especially LOVE writing.

I graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, where I accumulated emphasis in rhetoric, technical writing, and creative writing, with the achievement of a Theatre Performance Minor. As your editor, I strive to provide constructive feedback and inspire growth in your craft. (This is a volunteer service. Donations are always welcome, but this freelance operation is for developing experience and a clean, steady portfolio.)
